Multiprocessor control provides an extremely fast process rate for the robotic system by synchronizing the extremely fast interpolation rate, high path safety and the synchronization of the connected external axes. Built-in welding interface, serial adapters, CAN-Bus.
- ⇨ Arc sensor
- ⇨ Online laser sensor
- ⇨ C2H2 preheating system
- ⇨ Offline Programming Software
Description of the robot system, advantages:
- ⇨ Working range 33x10x4m (HxWxD)
- ⇨ Online laser sensor integrated
- ⇨ Preheating system integrated
- ⇨ Automatic tool center point measuring device integrated
- ⇨ Automatic pistol changer device
- ⇨ European reference for a top-portal robot system
- ⇨ Offline robot programming software with Hungarian language training
- ⇨ Scoring software
- ⇨ Possibility to set welding parameters online

Communication and consistency between all elements of the system, as well as possible maintenance, are seamless. Thus, in the event of a failure, the detection and troubleshooting of the failure can be performed much faster based on practical experience than in the case of other systems assembled from products from more than one manufacturers, which can significantly reduce production outage due to downtime.
In addition, of course, it can communicate and work with other systems, we have applications where the system works with PLC control, conveyor system, preheating system.
It offers the most optimized solution for the welding task, and their robot systems are accordingly extremely modular. For the welding task described by Weinberg 93 Kft, an extremely complex system was designed in order to achieve high welding quality while maximizing productivity.
Due to the weldability of large workpieces, the robot arms have been placed on an upper portal that can move the entire system over a length of 33 meters on a rail track.
An additional 4 linear lines were installed to move the robot arms for proper accessibility. With this, the system is able to perform welding in an ideal welding position in a 33x10x4 m part of the space, at all points in the space.
To ensure welding quality, the system will be equipped with high-quality online laser sensors, tactile sensors, arc sensors, automatic tool center point measuring equipment, automatic pistol change systems and preheating systems, and 9 different software programs.
There is no separate interface between the robot and the welding power source, as everything comes from a single source, Cloos. The welding parameters are not set in jobs, the desired welding parameters can be set completely flexibly.
Real-time synchronization between the welding power source and the robot controller.
Automatic wire length adjustment even in low current ranges.
Online setup option that reduces downtime. The following parameters can be set even during welding:
- ⇨ Oscillation width
- ⇨ Height value
- ⇨ Wire alignment
- ⇨ Wire feed
- ⇨ Speed
- ⇨ Oscillation frequency
- ⇨ Side offset
- ⇨ Dynamics
The machine stores the saved points numbered separately, while the other manufacturers store steps within 1 file, and the point is also assigned to the instruction.

BUILD Together!
