In 2021, our company was commissioned to manufacture and deliver the arched main girder and track structure of the steel structure of the railway bridge on the final section of the M6 motorway, between Bóly and Ivándárda. The 73-meter-long bridge was built with an orthotropic steel track structure and an arched structure reinforced with tension bars. Our technical team made the steel structure of the bridge more visible by creating a 3D model based on the construction plans. The production technological instructions, qualification and sampling plan defined the steps of the process in detail.
The production of the railway bridge also proved that the advanced and modern technology applied at Weinberg, as well as the high level of professional preparation, which also includes environmental awareness, can fully satisfy the most complex customer needs.
