The investor wanted to construct a building adjacent to the existing manufacturing hall, with approximately the same footprint, designed as a mirrored layout of the existing one but with a smaller office area. During the foundation phase, the reinforced concrete columns were placed in pre-fabricated reinforced concrete sockets. The main supports of the hall are pre-fabricated, variable cross-section reinforced concrete structures, with dimensioned trapezoidal sheet roofing. The flooring of the hall section is treated industrial concrete, reinforced with steel fibers, laid on a crushed stone bed, and dilated for expansion.
