Design and Build
Expansion of an existing syringe factory. The expansion area covers 20,000 m², but the usable space has increased by a total of 33,000 m² across three levels. Since the construction took place on a steep embankment by a streambed, with filled ground, special care was required for the foundation work.
The ground floor production areas include several cleanroom sections. This task required special expertise and preparedness from our partners. A thorough understanding of the relevant standards and industry regulations was necessary, as they impose specific requirements for cleanrooms. A 6,800 m² warehouse was also placed on this level.
The building includes seven staircases connecting the three different levels, and five passenger elevators ensure comfortable movement throughout the facility. Social and office spaces were also constructed, covering a total of approximately 1,000 m². Additionally, the top floor of the building features a dining area for 400 people, serviced by a modern, fully equipped kitchen that meets all needs.
A truck road connected to the existing road network was built, along with two new parking areas on the west and east sides, covering a combined area of about 12,000 m². A 500 m² covered waste storage facility was also constructed.
