The E-F warehouse of the Airport City Logistics Park is a new big-box building with a gross area of 13,000 square meters and a height of 13 meters, making it one of the most popular industrial property developments in the airport region. The construction in Vecsés began in early May 2018, commissioned by CPI, with shell and core works continuing until the topping-out ceremony at the end of November. The building was completed by the end of April 2019. The project consisted of two phases, each requiring different types of work with various challenges. The entire warehouse comprises eight units, each 1,400 square meters, arranged side by side in a square grid formation, along with connected office areas primarily located on the two-gallery upper level. Each of the 1,400 square meter units can serve as a warehouse, logistics unit, or manufacturing space, depending on tenant requirements.
