PREPARATORY ENGINEER
in our general construction business team.
Tasks that await you:
- Compilation of quotation packages for customer requests
- Technical compilation of professional packages related to supplier tendering
- Requesting and evaluating supplier and subcontractor offers, preparing a price mirror
- Checking of completed construction designs for technical compliance
- Management and compilation of construction project documentation
- Technical support for project managers and construction managers
Professional expectations:
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Several years of work experience in the same position
- Confident computer skills, user-level IT skills (MS Office)
- Active user-level knowledge of AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
- ADVANTAGE: knowledge of a foreign language (English / German)
- ADVANTAGE: construction practice
